Max Aarons signed for Bournemouth this summer and has been discussing the move recently as the Premier League is off due to international break.
Aarons joined from Norwich City in a deal worth a cut price £8 million deal.
The right back has been at Norwich City for his whole career so a move away had been a tough decision for him.
City’s sporting director Stuart Webber spoke out about the defender and his need to develop away from Carrow Road.
Over five years as a senior player for City he made over 200 appearances.

Aarons ended up at the Cherries despite a move to Leeds United being all but complete as he walked away to pursue a move to the Vitality.
He hadn’t played any games for Norwich in pre season but has been thrown in the deep end by Andoni Iraola, featuring in every Premier League game.
What has Max Aarons said?
When discussing his first career transfer Aarons said: “It’s my first challenge away from Norwich, but one that I needed and one that I feel like I can add a lot to in terms of the club and myself.”
It can be hard for young players to make transfers, but the right back has taken it like a duck to water.
Despite the change, he is happy: “I’m really, really excited still and obviously only been here two or three weeks now. I feel really at home.”
He has become a key man immediately for Iraola which is testament to the England youth international’s ability.
When asked about being thrown straight in, Aarons said: “I think I’d have preferred it to be like this, to be straight into it. I feel really good and feel after each game as well, better and better.
“You either get eased into it or you’re straight in.”
A great signing so far who is likely to only improve moving forward.
