Lloyd Kelly has come out following Bournemouth’s draw to Chelsea, to dismiss any talk of a move and focus on his football.
Kelly was strongly linked with a move to Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur this summer but after the deadline, he was still at the Vitality.
With this, he was left out of the squad for the away trip to Brentford, prior to the international break.
The Englishman came back into the starting eleven against Chelsea and kept a clean sheet in a highly-rated performance.
Plenty of pundits were coming out to discuss his performance, potentially boosted by the rumours surrounding him.

What has Lloyd Kelly said?
The links away from Bournemouth were strong and as a result, it is likely that he felt a move was likely.
For it not to happen probably took its toll on the defender.
When discussing the window from his point of view, he said: “I think looking back at the start of the season, I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t a bit of an up-and-down ride.”
In spite of this, he isn’t letting it affect his performances.
When discussing his aims, he said: “But I’m here and I want to play the best football that I can.
“I think that’s my goal for this season, to be consistent in my performances and play to where I know I can play. So for me, that’s my goal.”
This makes it seem that Cherries’ fans have something to look forward to for the rest of the season.
“I’m looking into the future and it’s me focusing on the games ahead.”
Hopefully like Dominic Solanke, despite interest linking him away, he signs a new contract with the club and the project continues.
